The Gaming Board for The Bahamas is committed to national development through its Corporate Social Investment Initiative (CSII). By allocating a portion of gaming revenue to meaningful causes, CSII supports education, healthcare, culture, youth development, and more — creating lasting impact across Bahamian communities.

About CSII
Regulation 4 of the Gaming House Operator Regulations (2014) requires applicants for a Gaming House Operator license to commit to ongoing, sustainable corporate social investment initiatives in The Bahamas. These contributions support the development and maintenance of educational facilities, charitable causes, healthcare facilities, public parks, sports, arts, culture, and other community-enhancing projects.
Through this regulatory mandate, the Gaming Board remains committed to fostering national growth and improving quality of life for Bahamians through meaningful, community-based programmes and infrastructure.
CSII Administrative Committee
The CSII Administrative Committee was established on July 1, 2022, to assist the Gaming Board in fulfilling its regulatory functions and managing the CSII fund. The Committee plays a vital role in regulatory oversight and fund management, aligned with national development goals in tourism, education, sports, culture, healthcare, and other key sectors.
The Committee remains steadfast in its mission to enhance the community and distribute funds effectively, creating a positive impact within Bahamian society through responsible and impactful corporate social investment.
