January 2025 to March 2025 | New Providence
The Gaming Board for The Bahamas kicked off the new year with a heartwarming act of kindness, bringing joy and excitement to the children of the Bahamas Children's Emergency Hostel. Our New Providence Office hosted a pizza and popcorn party, creating unforgettable memories for the young residents.
The day was filled with fun activities, from bouncing castles to interactive games, filling the air with laughter and excitement. In the spirit of giving, we also surprised the children with gifts to help them start their new school semester on a bright note. To support their learning and development, we donated a collection of educational and recreational books to their library, along with a financial contribution to aid the hostel’s ongoing efforts.
Joining us for this special occasion were Executive Chairman Dr. Daniel Johnson and Secretary Ian Tynes, who reinforced our commitment to community outreach. This initiative would not have been possible without the generosity of our dedicated team members, the support of Child's Play Party Rentals, and the hardworking staff at the hostel, led by Business Manager Charlene Gibson.
At the Gaming Board for The Bahamas, we believe in the power of corporate social responsibility and encourage others in the business community to lend a helping hand. By working together, we can create meaningful change and brighten the lives of those who need it most.
